Job Summary
Hutton Brickyards is seeking a Seasonal Experience Coordinator to assist in the organization and scheduling of guest experiences and recreational programming during our peak season. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, outdoor adventure, and event coordination. The Activities Coordinator will engage with guests, ensure smooth execution of on-site activities, and contribute to an unparalleled guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Activity Planning & Coordination: Assist the Guest Experience Manager in scheduling vendors and making sure spaces and equipment are ready for engaging activities such as yoga, spa sessions, culinary tastings, outdoor games, and more.
- Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to ensure they have an exceptional experience, providing information on activities and local attractions.
- Safety & Quality Control: Ensure all activities are conducted safely, following best practices and company guidelines.
- Event Support: Assist with special events, corporate retreats, and private group experiences as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front desk, food beverage and events team to enhance guest offerings and experiences.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, event coordination, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and guest-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
