Rooms Division Manager
Hutton Brickyards is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Rooms Division Manager to lead our guest services and ensure an exceptional, uniquely personal experience for every visitor. This role oversees Front Office, Housekeeping, and our Experience Coordinator, ensuring seamless daily operations, elevated guest satisfaction, and alignment with our brand standards.

Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the front desk, housekeeping, reservations, and experience coordination, ensuring a smooth and cohesive guest journey.
Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate team members across Rooms Division functions.
Serve as a local expert, cultivating strong relationships with regional vendors, restaurants, attractions, wineries, and breweries.
Collaborate with the Experience Coordinator to plan and execute customized guest itineraries, activities, and off-site excursions.
Respond to guest inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and timeliness, ensuring expectations are exceeded.
Manage guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and empathetically.
Maintain up-to-date vendor and activity information across hotel systems and team communications.
Support communication between departments to ensure accurate and timely guest service (e.g., last-minute bookings, stay inclusions, group itineraries).
Drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction, revenue generation, and cost control across departments.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of hospitality leadership experience in Front Office or Rooms Division management; luxury or boutique experience a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS/reservation systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to craft professional correspondence and deliver engaging presentations.
Highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
Knowledge of and passion for the Hudson Valley region preferred.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as business demands.
