Role Overview: As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of their CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with their development and IT teams to ensure efficient deployment and operation of their software solutions. This role demands a strong background in IT infrastructure, alongside expertise in Azure, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, and Python.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
- Collaborate with software development and IT operations teams to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
- Maintain and optimize Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers for scalable application deployment.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
- Automate and streamline operations and processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot application performance and system health.
- Implement and maintain security best practices within the DevOps environment.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the continuous improvement of our DevOps processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a strong background in IT infrastructure.
- Expertise in Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Proficiency in Python or PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.
- Strong understanding of security best practices in a DevOps context.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
