Role : Director, Software Engineering
Comp : $250k-300k Base (Discretionary bonus)
Location : Stamford, CT
We're partnered with a talented team of engineering and finance professionals looking to roll out the next phase of their trading & analytics platforms.
Looking for someone with :
- Deep experience (10 years) architecting C# platforms in structured finance / products
- A track record of iterating on finance strategies (CLO / MBS ideal, but adjacent asset classes are great too)
- Blend of leadership and hands-on development
- Hybrid 3x / week in Stamford, CT
