Huxley is working with a prominent global quantitative trading firm, is seeking a skilled Endpoint Engineer to join our Tech Ops team in Chicago. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact within a fast-paced, world-class financial technology environment. The successful candidate will manage all endpoint devices, engage in Identity and Access Management (IAM), handle Exchange Online operations, and much more.
- Management of Windows 11 and Mac endpoints in an enterprise setting.
- Proficient use and management of Microsoft 365.
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Entra, including Conditional Access policies, Enterprise Applications, and Application Proxy.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint, Power Automate and OneDrive.
- Mastery of Endpoint Protection solutions like Defender.
- Providing exceptional customer service by troubleshooting issues for employees globally.
- Extensive experience managing both Windows and MacOSX endpoints in a corporate environment is required.
- Experience with Endpoint Management Suites such as Intune and JAMF is required.
