Futures Trading Operations Support - Princeton, NJ
Are you ready to be at the forefront of trading technology? We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Futures Trading Operations Support & Quality Assurance Analyst in Princeton, New Jersey. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly from inception through the launch of our innovative new trading platform set for 2025.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support directly interacting with member firm's trading desks.
- Coordinate technical configurations and network connectivity with external staff.
- Oversee daily Exchange operations including order monitoring, settlements, and client connectivity analysis.
- Participate actively in quality assurance programs; develop test scenarios validated against systems ensuring full coverage application functionality.
Skills Required:
1. Software Testing: Thorough understanding required for software QA testing processes which ensures robustness before deployment
2. Communication Skills: Strong verbal written skills necessary as this is customer-facing involving coordination between various teams
3. Problem-Solving Abilities: Analytical mindset needed for resolving issues efficiently within dynamic settings requiring prioritized action on critical tasks
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent background preferably in Finance or IT/Computer Science along proficiency in Microsoft Excel, JIRA, and experience in futures options equities industry trade execution. Candidates must possess high-level self-motivation, patience, organization, responsibility, and adaptability.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge/prior use of JIRA tracking software.
Futures Industry background.
Experience testing trade execution systems at an exchange or for an ECN/ATS is a plus.

Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
