We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Team Leader to support a growing business and team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a truly collaborative environment.
This is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, where innovation and technology drives success.
You will be a team leader to x3 tech support engineers, as well as being an escalation point to them on issues or at least be able to point them in the right direction. Another key part of the role is managing key accounts to the business and making sure IT SLAs are maintained.
What we need you to do :
- Team lead for x3 tech support engineers
- Account management
- Microsoft 365
- AD / AD Azure
- Hyper-V or VMware – manage / support
- Windows Server
- DNS / DHCP / TCP / IP
- Excellent Customer Service
- Be excited by technology and always be driven to learn!
