What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Operations Engineer position at Huxley?
We are partnered with an exciting financial tech platform looking for an experience IT Operations engineer. In this high growth role, you'll be supporting critical client technical initiatives and troubleshooting, as well as being central to the team's internal R&D functions. The successful candidate will need to be able to work on multiple projects and follow Agile methodology, with a passion for thorough documentation and building efficient processes.
What you'll do :
- Categorize, respond to, and resolve customer tickets providing escalated support to critical technical challenges
- Perform day-to-day cloud and IT activities like provisioning and managing users, databases, backups, environments etc.
- Troubleshooting production and customer support issues related to application, infrastructures, connectivity, and cloud provider
- Making suggestions around effective processes and tools for the greater technology team
