Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Support Technician to join our team in San Jose, California. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position, with the opportunity to become a permanent member of our team based on performance. As an IT Support Technician, you will provide top-notch technical support and customer service to our employees, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to end-users in a timely and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Google Workspaces, MacOS, and audio / visual equipment.
- Manage and prioritize multiple help desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and communication with end-users.
- Support and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware and software installations, upgrades, and configurations.
- Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio / visual equipment for meetings and presentations.
- Document and track all support requests and resolutions in the help desk system.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless support and knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with the latest technologies and best practices in IT support and troubleshooting.
