Role: Senior Helpdesk Engineer
Location: Back Bay, Boston
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year Bonus
Work Schedule: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote

We are seeking a dedicated Senior IT Helpdesk Engineer to provide top-notch support to the team and ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for Microsoft tech stack, including Microsoft 365, EntraID, Windows Server, Intune, and DNS/DHCP.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Manage and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
- Assist with network administration, including configuration and maintenance of DNS/DHCP.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to staff both in-person and remotely.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, EntraID, Windows Server, Intune, and DNS/DHCP.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work 4 days a week in the office and 1 day remotely.
