Key Responsibilities :
- Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct extensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Oversee the overall product suite P&L.
- Gather, prioritize, and synthesize product and customer requirements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and specifications.
- Analyze product performance metrics and iterate on features to enhance user experience and drive growth.
- Drive go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams and support successful product launches.
- Assist with strategic deal development and the sales process.
- Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are central to the product development lifecycle.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
