As a Senior System Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing and supporting the IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and integrity of the systems, working closely with various teams to provide top-notch technical support and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain VMware environments, Windows Servers, Azure infrastructure, MDM solutions, and VDI systems.
- Provide advanced support for IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting complex issues and performing root cause analysis.
- Oversee and implement system updates, patches, and configuration changes to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Develop and enforce IT standards, procedures, and policies to maintain a secure and efficient environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and implement new technologies.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices and technical solutions.
