Title : Software Engineer
Location : New York City
Our client is a dynamic alternative investment firm based out of NYC ilooking for a software engineer to assist with the design, development, and support of business-critical applications.
You will work on the Technology team, collaborating directly with the Investing, Operations, and Investor Relations teams. This is an excellent opportunity to build and support a broad range of impactful technology solutions across the firm.
What you will do :
- Play a key role in the development and maintenance of internal software applications for data entry, portfolio and risk management, operations, investor reporting, and marketing.
- Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements, data sources, and key measures to build new reports and applications as well as enhance current ones.
- Partner with other Technology team members to improve the reliability, scalability, and flexibility of the firm's technical architecture.
- Develop applications in C# and reports in Power BI.
- Manage daily data ingestion and data quality processes.
- Support integration of 3rd party applications and APIs (e.g., Salesforce, Bloomberg).
