Our client is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Staff Full-Stack Engineer to join their innovative team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge software solutions for both web and mobile applications. In this role, you will be integral to the design, development, deployment, and debugging of full-stack applications, working in close collaboration with product managers, test engineers, and other software engineers. This is a hybrid role based in the Minneapolis, MN area.
- Lead the definition, development, integration, testing, and support of features for our web and mobile platforms.
- Evaluate and implement new software technologies, ensuring our solutions stay at the forefront of industry trends.
- Own the software development lifecycle, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API contracts, establish effective working relationships, and troubleshoot service-related issues.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability for their work.
- Balances mentoring and teaching others with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Has the ability to tackle complex issues and contribute to the development of essential libraries.
- Continuously seeks to learn and stay updated with industry advancements, experimenting with new technologies.

- Writes clean, well-documented code.
- Experienced in working with third-party dependencies and resolving related conflicts.

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7 years of hands-on experience with:
- React in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- REST APIs and/or GraphQL.
- DevOps automation tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins), version control (git), and testing frameworks.
- Over 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- 5 years in mobile app development, specifically with React Native.
- 2 years as a senior engineer or team lead, with experience mentoring and coaching junior engineers.
