Compensation: $65,400 - $88,500 plus profit sharing bonuses.
Location: Minneapolis, KS or Sidney, NE office (THIS IS NOT REMOTE WORK. YOU MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO CENTRAL KANSAS OR WESTERN NEBRASKA TO BE ELIGIBLE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals. Evaluate competing requirements across teams to align tools and solutions to "highest and best use."
- Conduct data analysis to provide insights into trends, patterns, and opportunities. Create and document success targets to provide teams insight to impact and implementation of efforts.
- Partner with subject matter experts to identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to best practices around process documentation and roll-out in all impacted departments.
- Collaborate with teams to implement global enhancements that support the overall profitability, scalability, sustainability and wellness of the organization.
- Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management including but not limited to project charters, Return-on-Investment forecasts, post-project evaluations and follow up, and support of newly implemented projects. Encourage accountability on deliverables related to cross functional efforts.
- Proven Organizational Change Management experience, experience managing projects, and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in Business, Finance, or other relevant fields is beneficial, not required.
- Excellent time management and problem resolution skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Internal sense of customer service and team play.
- Elevated literacy in Microsoft Office programs. Expert level Excel skills required.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Microsoft PowerBI or similar platforms.
- Ability to think 'on your feet' and react to stakeholder inquiries appropriately.
- Extensive learning agility and a strong desire to learn new skills.
- Ability to work at a desk full-time.
