Compensation: $19.00-24.00/hr up to $3,000 in annual bonuses

Location: South Houston, TX

Customer Facing Care Functions In An Industrial Distribution Environment

Your core responsibility in this role will be to provide high-quality customer facing care to walk-up customers at our “Will-Call” service counter. This is a business-to-business sales environment, so customers are pleasant and professional. Building relationships is an essential and rewarding part of the job. This position has career development potential to move into more complex layers of Inside Sales functions, such as: Key Accounts, Strategic Quotes, Sales Engineering, or managerial roles. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate.

• Ambition to learn and elevate your knowledge and skills. Strong attention to detail and oral/written communication skills.
• Will call counter and retail fastener experience

Work Environment: Warehouse/office setting with friendly, out-going, team-oriented staff. Candidates should anticipate a very fast-paced, productive work environment.
