Key Account Representative
Compensation: Starting annual salary of $50,000-65,000 three performance bonuses a year!

In this role, you will become a subject matter expert for key business accounts, collaborating and empowering friendly teammates across multiple departments with customer/product data to ensure business success and a superior customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze product/customer data in order to evaluate and report outcomes such as profitability, impact, and other relevant information to internal stakeholders.
- Quote large volume orders, line expansions, and other strategic/special customer inquiries, ensuring mutual benefit and overall business success.
- Consult and liaise inter-departmentally to evaluate and troubleshoot product, pricing, and contract information in order to ensure customers are serviced in accurate, timely, and satisfactory manner.
- Utilize, review, and develop data analysis/reporting tools for tracking customer success.
- Identify and communicate business opportunities as applicable.
Qualifications
Ideal Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill required.
- Stellar research/trouble-shooting skill with the ability to concisely present findings required.
- Previous data analytics and/or account management experience preferred.
- Experience in merchandising, pricing or inventory management preferred.
- Familiarity and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Data Analysis, and/or Data Visualization software preferred.
- Prior Business-to-Business Industrial Sales experience desired.
- Educational background in Business, Data Science, or other relevant field desired.
Work Environment: Office setting with friendly, out-going, team-oriented staff. Candidates should anticipate a very fast-paced, productive work environment. Occasionally, the candidate will navigate in our manufacturing plant environment to interface with operations teammates.
