Seasonal Warehouse Associate
Starting pay of $15.00/hour!
Minneapolis, KS

We are seeking ambitious team-players to join our warehousing department and help fulfill customer needs in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have a high level of energy and sense of urgency to accomplish goals and implement change within the organization. This position entails accurately sorting material, receiving, picking, shipping and organizing inventory to maintain product quality, meet our customers’ needs with a high level of service, and achieve company goals. - Seasonal Associates will be scheduled for 40 hrs/wk.
- Employees with satisfactory performance will be eligible for continuing part-time or full-time employment consideration past the seasonal period!
Qualifications
Ideal Qualifications:
- Organizational, time management and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a team setting while taking responsibility for personal productivity.
- Ability to communicate verbally with others.
- Ability to utilize basic office equipment.
- Ability to safely maneuver a push cart.
- Ability to climb ladders.
- Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift 20-30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to use basic math.
Work Environment: This is a manufacturing plant environment - exposure to high temperatures, moving machinery, moving equipment, heights and confined spaces.
