Your Key Responsibilities
- Answer owner questions about property use and amenities, making informed recommendations based on their background information.
- Follow up on referrals and leads from owners to turn them into booking opportunities.
- Fulfill requests for pricing, property maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.
- Contact owners to monitor satisfaction, share promotions, and develop business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain records on customer contacts to inform effective follow-up strategies.

- Welcome and greet all guests, anticipating and addressing their needs promptly.
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and efficiently.
- Contribute to team goals and objectives.

Requirements
- A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is essential for this role.
- The position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local regulations.
- An active and valid real estate license, where required by law, is necessary for this position.
- One year of related experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical stamina to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, as well as perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping tasks.
