Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency medical care, including respiratory, trauma, and cardiac interventions, and conduct patient assessments (e.g., drug screenings).
• Perform recordkeeping, filing, and data entry as required, excluding treatmentrelated records.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, adhering to safety protocols and standards.
• Provide information on medical treatments and procedures, promoting a culture of health and safety.
• Measure vital signs and collect specimens
• Document all patient interactions and care provided.
• Monitor worker health and manage preventative care onsite.
• Maintain readiness for onsite incidents.
  
  

Requirements:

• At least one year of EMS/911 experience
• Ability to regularly push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 lbs throughout the work shift.
• Ability to climb without difficulty.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, handle or feel objects, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in small spaces.
• Ability to talk, hear, and smell while performing job duties.
• Must have a favorable driving record for the past 5 years.
• Must pass detailed Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks.
• Ability to work independently in remote or isolated locations.
• Must have Strong team collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of industryspecific safety procedures (construction, mining, etc.). preferred
  
  

Skills and Experience

• Strong critical thinking and decisionmaking in highpressure situations.
• Skilled in administering emergency care (CPR, trauma management, etc.).
• Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, local/state regulations) preferred.
• Proficient in medical recordkeeping and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with workers and management.
• Physical stamina to lift, assist, and manage patients.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under stress.

Salary Transparency:

We are committed to transparency in our hiring practices. The expected hourly range for this position is $26.00 to $33.00 hourly, based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
