General Description: Supports product sales growth through effective execution of the companys Product Management strategies, plans, and related operating agenda. Accountable for the performance of product lines assigned by Senior Product Manager.
HVAC functional spare parts management and technical knowledge sharing.
Product line strategy objectives, positioning, pricing recommendations, and promotion strategies.
Product gap filling and rationalization goals, objectives, and timelines.
Customized and general programs to standardize dealer service levels, expand customer base, and achieve budgeted sales and product line GP $s and %s.
Field sales initiatives and deliverables to meet/exceed sales budget for targeted product lines.
Market share research and analysis.
Monitoring and reporting product line sales results compared to plan and proactively recommending gap remediation strategies and tactics to ensure achievement of plan objectives and targets.
Developing new product launch and sales hand-off plans. Communicating launch deliverables to all company stakeholders, monitoring achievement, and mitigating gaps to ensure achievement of plan objectives and targets.
Securing vendor participation in funding for promotional programs and incentives.

Education and/or Experience:
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Math, Business or HVAC field experience
Minimum 5 years sales, technical service, or product management experience in HVAC industry.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must possess excellent analytical, process development, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to plan, develop, disseminate, and execute strategic product marketing plans.
High sense of urgency and attention to detail
