What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Leader position at HVAC Distributors Inc?
Branch Performance:
- Attain outstanding branch results and drive profitability.
- Maintain a healthy balance between expenses and sales to maximize margins.
- Develop and submit annual branch budgets for approval.
- Identify and address branch metric variances from budget.
Customer Experience:
- Nurture relationships with customers to unlock growth potential.
- Direct day-to-day counter and customer service activities, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.
- Ensure Branch Counter Sales Associates handle customer interactions, process sales orders, and manage sales queues.
- Work closely with Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage territory-wide customer service, including quotes, delivery, order management, warranty issues, collateral, follow-up, problem resolution, and lead generation.
Supply Chain Operations:
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and warehousing functions to maintain efficiency.
- Coordinate transfers, equipment deliveries, and material movements between branches, CDCs, and customer locations.
- Delegate tasks where necessary, but remain accountable for effective coordination with internal teams and customers for daily, local, and same-day deliveries.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of customer service or sales experience in HVAC or a related industry.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a good driving record.
