Leadership Position:
- Drive branch success and optimize financial performance.
- Balance expenses and sales to achieve optimal margins.
- Develop and submit annual branch budgets for approval.
- Monitor and correct branch metric variances from budget.
Customer Service Expertise:
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers to capture growth opportunities.
- Oversee day-to-day counter and customer service functions, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.
- Ensure Branch Counter Sales Associates handle customer inquiries, provide assistance, and process sales orders.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage territory-wide customer service, including quotes, delivery, order management, warranty issues, collateral, follow-up, problem resolution, and lead generation.
Logistics & Delivery:
- Optimize shipping, receiving, and warehousing functions to maintain efficiency.
- Coordinate transfers, equipment deliveries, and material movements between branches, CDCs, and customer locations.
- Delegate tasks as needed, while maintaining responsibility for effective coordination with internal teams and customers for daily, local, and same-day deliveries.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of customer service or sales experience in HVAC or a related field.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a good driving record.
