Responsibilities :
Create residential structural drawings (wood frame and / or related flooring designs)
Coordinate with designers engineers and clients to ensure the timely delivery of quality designs blueprints and construction documents
Conduct reviews to ensure designs meet safety and building code requirements
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in structural design technology
Preferred :
Minimum of 35 years of proven experience as a Structural Designer or similar role
Proficiency in CAD software
Familiarity with graphic design software
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
Ability to perform structural analysis and calculations
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Required : Ability to independently complete residential wood framing designs
Preferred : Experience with residential wood flooring designs is a plus
