Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:00pm, Rare Overnight Travel Required

Candidate Location: Interstate will consider candidates within 75 miles of market location. Technicians must be willing to commute to regional warehouse locations weekly to replenish truck.

seeking candidates with experience as a Carrier Refrigeration Technician/Mechanic or Thermo King Technician/Mechanic. The right candidates will have experience troubleshooting & repairing trailer refrigeration units. You are looking for consistency in work history

• Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on all types of refrigeration units.
• Accurately and efficiently diagnose complex engine conditions and make necessary repairs.
• Communicate effectively with peers, foreman, and service team regarding those repairs.
• Quality control work performed to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Keep paperwork updated and handed in upon completion.
• Meet requirements for certifications.

Refrigeration Technician/Mechanic Position Requirements

• Valid Driver's license (Bonus compensation for CDL holders)
• Must possess a good work ethic, a positive attitude, and be reliable.
• Must possess an excellent understanding of Carrier Refrigeration.
• Experience with other platforms such as Thermo King are a plus.
• Other mechanical skills desired but not essential: Hydraulics, Brakes & Suspension, Manual Transmissions and drive train, automatic transmissions.
