Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Territory Sales Representative at HVAC Sales Inc. All applicants must reside within Des Moines metro as frequent in-person sales calls to customers are a must. The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned territory, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Competitive Salary with 401k with 3% match.
Qualifications
- Sales or technical experience in the HVAC industry or applicable trades is required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely and travel within assigned territory
- Availability for occasional out of state travel
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of HVAC products and services
- Customer relationship management skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $86,506.00 - $100,000.00 per year
