What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Coordinator position at HVAC School?
Our HVAC School is provides hands-on career training for those wanting to enter into the HVAC field. Primary Responsibilities:
Admissions and Enrollment - will give student campus tours, sign up students for class, answer questions by phone, text, and email from prospective students wanting to learn more and sign up for the class.
Hiring Placement Assistance - We work with many hiring partners in our network to help assist the students get jobs once they graduate. The position will help coordinate job fairs, post new job openings, and communicate with students and employers to report our school job placement numbers.
Compliance - The role will maintain all student files and other related school files for compliance and audit procedures.
General Office Duties - will answer phones, pay bills, and other office related tasks as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
