Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Software Engineer with a strong background in .NET, Angular, Python, SQL, and Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with a proven track record of building and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications. This role will be based in our Los Angeles office and will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy complex software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fullstack Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using .NET for backend development and Angular for frontend development.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect the frontend with backend services, ensuring seamless data flow and user experience.
• Work with Python to develop backend services, data processing pipelines, and automation scripts as needed.

1. Backend Development:

• Build and optimize backend systems using .NET and Python, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
• Design and manage relational databases using SQL, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
• Implement business logic, data processing, and integration services within the backend architecture.

1. Frontend Development:

• Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using Angular, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and adherence to UI/UX best practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces that meet user requirements.
• Implement frontend features, including forms, data visualizations, and real-time updates, to enhance the user experience.

1. Azure DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):

• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate testing, deployment, and scaling processes.
• Monitor and maintain the health of the development and production environments, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Work closely with DevOps engineers to optimize deployment strategies and ensure smooth production rollouts.

1. Database Management:

• Design, implement, and maintain SQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and indexing.
• Develop and manage stored procedures, triggers, and functions to support application functionality.
• Perform database performance tuning and ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to gather requirements, define project scopes, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

1. Troubleshooting and Support:

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack, including frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed applications, implementing updates, patches, and enhancements as needed.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize application performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in full-stack software development, with a focus on .NET, Angular, Python, SQL, and Azure DevOps.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying large-scale web applications in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.

• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in backend development using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC) and Python, with a deep understanding of server-side logic, data processing, and API development.
• Proficiency in frontend development using Angular, including component-based architecture, state management, and responsive design.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database management, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including setting up CI/CD pipelines, managing repositories, and automating deployments.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, and experience with cloud-native application development.
