Key Responsibilities:
Billing & Finance Duties:
• Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients/customers.
• Review billing data and correct any errors before invoices are sent.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client inquiries.
• Work closely with account managers to ensure billing processes align with accounting standards.
General Administrative Duties:
• Manage office communications, including answering phones and emails.
• Maintain and organize digital and paper files.
• Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
• Provide support to different departments as needed.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in billing, finance, or administrative roles.
