A General Contractor is seeking a Controller for their team.
Duties :
- Maintain and make process and procedure more effective.
- Oversee two employees and their work (AP / AR and
- General ledger oversight.
- Develop and manage budgets and report variance analysis.
- Complete the WIP schedule and handle cost accounting and revenue recognition.
- Partner with banks and external vendors. Set up insurance plans with HR team.
- Handle everything Accounting software related- Sage Intacct and Procore. Work with implementations.
