Executive Assistant to Figurehead CEO

An Investment Bank is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO Team.

Duties include:

• Heavy travel planning including private aviation booking.
• Collaborate with CEO team to ensure all need of the CEO are being met.
• Calendaring, scheduling, gatekeeping, and all other duties as needed.
• Reports- creating program data, research projects, and board presentations.
• Update websites, Marketing materials, and other ad hoc projects.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of C level support, preferably some at the CEO level
• Able to work 8 am-6 pm schedule Monday-Friday
• Planned private aviation is a preference
