About the Role :

As Team Lead, you'll ensure smooth production operations. You'll lead, coach, and motivate your team, optimizing tasks and resources to deliver exceptional products.

What You Will Do :

Champion quality, enforce policies, and execute production schedules.

Coordinate labor and materials, ensuring on-time job starts.

Report daily productivity and maintain a safe work environment.

Interpret work instructions and coach team members.

Train employees on safety, quality, and company policies.

What You Will Bring :

Proven leadership and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Positive attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.

Proficiency with measuring devices.

Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).

Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (accommodations provided).

High School Diploma / equivalent (minimum).

2 years manufacturing experience (preferred).
