HW Staffing’s client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receiving Specialist to join our dynamic Operations department. In this exciting role, you will play a vital part in the smooth flow of our business by ensuring accurate and timely receipt of goods.

Competitive Compensation : $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities :

Efficiently manage inbound freight : Verify and process incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and minimizing delays.

Maintain accurate records : Generate and maintain detailed receiving documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Ensure quality control : Inspect shipments for damages and discrepancies, taking appropriate action to resolve issues.

Utilize warehouse equipment : Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move and store inventory.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams : Work closely with purchasing, manufacturing, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Embrace continuous improvement : Identify and implement opportunities to enhance receiving processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience in a warehouse or receiving environment preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proactive and problem-solving mindset

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations
