Senior Assembler

HW Staffing’s client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Assembly Technician to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for precisely assembling high-quality glass-to-metal seals, ensuring product integrity and meeting demanding specifications. You will work closely with the Cell Leader and Supervisor to optimize assembly processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. 

Responsibilities: 

• Precision Assembly: Assemble various component parts into complex glass-to-metal seals with meticulous attention to detail. 

• Equipment Operation: Load and unload ovens, ensuring proper handling and processing of components. 

• Quality Control: Verify the accuracy of paperwork, materials, and picking tickets. Conduct thorough inspections to ensure product quality and conformance to specifications. 

• Process Improvement: Provide valuable feedback on product and process improvements to the Cell Leader and Supervisor. 

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or GED. 

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. 

• Experience with small-parts assembly and handling is highly desirable. 

• Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills. 

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. 

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
