Manufacturing Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Operations Associate at HWI, your key responsibilities will include:

• Setting up, adjusting, and operating machinery in support of production processes.
• Adhering to production schedules, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Performing routine maintenance and adjustments after each production run/change over.

You will work closely with Maintenance Technicians to perform routine maintenance and adjustments to machinery. To be successful in this role, you will need strong reading and math comprehension, basic computer skills, and two to four years of previous machine operating or production-related experience. Experience in basic mechanical troubleshooting is also a plus.
