Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician who will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of plumbing principles, be able to read blueprints and schematics, and have hands-on experience with various plumbing tools and equipment. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently as well as part of a team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Assemble and install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and bathtubs.
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent issues before they arise.
- Troubleshoot plumbing problems using basic math skills to calculate measurements and material needs.
- Collaborate with construction teams on remodeling projects to ensure proper plumbing installation.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in various work environments.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Experience
- Proven experience in plumbing or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques is a plus.
- Experience with commercial driving may be beneficial for transporting tools and materials to job sites.
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients while providing exceptional service.
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.14 - $30.49 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
