HX5 is currently seeking a logistician to join our team on Eglin AFB, Florida in support of the 96 Test Wing by providing advice and planning recommendations regarding logistical support and required supply action(s) for DT&E and QT&E activities executed and supported by the unit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage Technical Order sub-account, spanning 14 different mission design series aircraft.
• Update squadron Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) program
• Interpret multi-command Flight Crew Information Files (FCIF) to write and publish corresponding guidance tailored toward squadron specific requirements.
• Provide quality control and data management to Center Operations Online (COOL) scheduling system and to electronic Flight Evaluation Folders (FEF) to include interfacing with Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) personnel for accurate aircrew data entries.
• Maintain aircrew qualification testing materials and proctor flight crew evaluation ground exams.
• Manage aircrew evaluation schedule.
• Create recurring aircrew evaluation reports for various levels of leadership.
• Manage aircrew qualification summaries (Letter of Xs).
• Provide required communications with persons outside the squadron, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources
  
  

Education and/or Experience:

• Master's Degree
• Ten (10) years of relevant experience.
  
  

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

• This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.
  
  

Other Position Requirements:

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship is a requirement for this position.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Must be able to travel as necessary.
