HX5 is currently seeking a Systems Safety Engineer to support the Mobility Aircraft Program Office at Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, Georgia.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.

HX5 is currently seeking a Systems Safety Engineer to support the Mobility Aircraft Program Office at Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, Georgia.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development of system safety program plans, hazard analyses, performing risk assessments, evaluating weapon system contractor safety proposals, and evaluating safety concerns/issues.
- Assist in mishap investigations and assist with responding to the findings and recommendations in mishap reports.
- Work with functional disciplines as required to assist with developing solutions to the mishap findings and recommendations and reporting them.
- Assist with the identification of all safety non-compliances in regard to airworthiness and Operational Safety, Suitability and Effectiveness (OSS&E).
- Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience;
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-Accredited program and fifteen (15) years of relevant experience.
- Master’s degree in engineering from an ABET-Accredited program and twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
- Must have five (5) years of DoD experience.
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.
Other Position Requirements:
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
- Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance by date of hire.
