Our client, a specialized logistics provider, is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and optimize financial operations within its U.S. region. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving financial efficiency, streamlining processes, and ensuring strong fiscal management.
As the CFO, you will report directly to the Regional CEO and collaborate closely with the Global CFO, playing a critical role in decision-making, long-term planning, and financial strategy. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations, ensuring a disciplined and controlled financial structure
- Develop and implement approval controls and financial procedures to improve efficiency
- Manage working capital, cash flow reporting, and optimize company resources
- Oversee debt, equity, and financing strategies to strengthen the company’s capital structure
- Provide in-depth financial analysis, identify trends, and recommend data-driven solutions
- Lead financial forecasting, cost management, and profitability initiatives
- Enhance financial systems, processes, and reporting for accuracy and continuous improvement
- Support executive leadership in decision-making and strategic planning
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: BS in Accounting or Finance (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred)
- Experience: Strong background in controlling, month-end processes, cash management, forecasting, and lease accounting.
- Leadership: Ability to be a hands-on leader and drive financial strategy
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage cross-functional teams
- Industry Experience: Multi-national corporate experience (preferred in International Logistics or Trucking)
- Analytical Skills: Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and decision-making
Salary : $190,000 - $230,000
