With a focus on exceptional customer service, the Ticket Agent’s responsibilities primarily include; making, changing, or confirming reservations via phone and in-person. Reservations are made using computerized software specific for recording the reservation and issuing tickets. Ticket Agents must provide accurate information regarding Hy-Line’s services and policies, reconcile ticket sales and receipts, respond appropriately to comments or complaints, and resolve passenger issues, as best as possible, to the satisfaction of the customer. Excellent phone manner, customer service experience, and strong computer skills required.
