Position Overview:

Our proprietary IntraOne software suite is the backbone of modern warehouse management, providing customers with scalable, data-driven solutions for real-time inventory tracking, order orchestration, and automation control.
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to drive the growth, visibility, and customer engagement of our IntraOne SaaS product. This role is ideal for an experienced B2B SaaS marketer with a background in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or enterprise software solutions. You will play a key role in shaping product positioning, demand generation, and content strategy to support lead generation, customer retention, and brand awareness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Execution
- Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for IntraOne, aligning marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Craft compelling product messaging to differentiate IntraOne in the competitive WMS and warehouse automation software landscape.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to develop campaigns, content, and materials that resonate with our key buyer personas.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, high-quality leads, and sales pipeline growth.
- Own marketing performance metrics, analyzing conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with digital marketing team on email marketing, digital advertising, SEO, and paid media to maximize inbound traffic and engagement.
Content & Thought Leadership
- Collaborate with marketing content team to develop high-impact content such as whitepapers, case studies, blogs, webinars, and product videos that establish Hy-Tek’s authority in WMS and warehouse automation.
- Identify and partner with industry influencers, analysts, and internal subject matter experts to build credibility and market leadership.
Customer Marketing & Engagement
- Design and execute customer education programs to drive adoption, engagement, and retention of IntraOne.
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, helping to expand existing customer relationships and generate upsell opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product management, and customer success teams to ensure seamless alignment between marketing and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Hy-Tek’s innovation lab and thought leadership initiatives to bring IntraOne’s value proposition to market.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Qualifications & Skills
- 5-8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally within WMS, supply chain, or enterprise software.
- Strong experience in demand generation, product marketing, and content strategy.
- Highly data-driven, with a track record of optimizing marketing programs based on performance metrics.
- Expertise in digital marketing, automation tools, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
- Excellent storytelling and messaging skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer-centric value propositions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where creativity and innovation drive results.
- Bonus: Familiarity with warehouse automation, robotics, or industrial technology.
Working Conditions:
- This position reports into our Northern Kentucky offices.
- Travel up to 10% of the time.
