Job Title : Hy-Vee Health Infusion Care Territory Sales Representative
FLSA : Exempt
General Functions :
Will oversee the development and growth of sales for Hy-Vee Health Infusion Care in assigned territory. Oversees, guides, and consults with Sales Director, and local office staff to develop referral sources. The focus will include improvement of referral profitability, awareness of referral profitability, and analysis on an ongoing basis. Works with sourcing and billing.

Reports to : Sales Director Hy-Vee Health Infusion Care, P.C.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
- Strategically collaborates with cross-functional teams throughout the organization.
- Contribute to developing marketing materials and marketing campaigns on social media and other media sources (print, social, or video).
- Assures operations are compliant with applicable Stark Laws and other regulatory aspects.
- Arranges new drug reviews for staff. Assures best business practices are in place.
- Organizes weekly communications with staff, facilities, and leadership.
- Helps develop incentive goals.
- Assist in monitoring competitive services and recommends additions or modifications to company programs in the infusion suites environment.
- Attain sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Maintain and exceed quantitative goals through demonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives and budget requirements. Other duties as requested.

Working Conditions :
Typical office environment -and sales representatives have large territories and travel considerably. Because a sales region may cover several states, representatives may be away from home for several days or weeks. A smaller region may not spend much time away from home.
Equipment Used to Perform the Job :
Computers, keyboards, mouse, monitors, fax, and / or headsets for phone work. Software specific to the position, including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook and Skype. Must lift and traverse the area to move paper and supplies to use the equipment.
Contacts :
Frequently interact with co-workers, intradepartmental staff of the company, managers, leaders, Vendors, and customers. High interactions with physicians and the medical community to support the sales and perfection of the referral to fill.
Confidentiality :
The position Interactions with medical personnel and patients and accesses proprietary and medical (HIPAA) information in various interactions and matters, including strategic sales / marketing initiatives and plans.
This position is required to complete background checks, including drug testing, criminal conviction history, references, OIG, and other relevant information as allowed by city, state, agency, organizations, or federal requirements / law.
Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and health screening (if applicable).
