What are the responsibilities and job description for the QA Auditor Airport Services position at Hyannis Air Service Inc?
SUMMARY:
This is an on-call position in which this person will conduct in-person audits and manage audit records for the Airport Services Department.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate annual self-assessment with stations in each region
- Travel to airport locations to perform audits
- Perform formal face-to-face audits per the annual schedule
- Support respective stations during external regulatory reviews
- Meet with the local Station Manager to review the findings
- Complete the Findings Form and submit it to the Station Manager
- Meet with APS VP to discuss findings and help facilitate determining the root cause
- Make recommendations to ensure continued compliance, find efficiencies, and maintain integrity of the program
- Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have a minimum of 1 year of employment with Cape Air
- Employment status must be in good standing
- Cross-trained agent qualified
- Successful completion of Internal Auditor Training
- Successful completion of Ground Security Coordinator Training
- Must be organized and work well independently
- Must be able to build and foster positive working relationships
- Must have the ability to travel to all areas of our operation sites system-wide
- Must be capable with Microsoft Office Products, including email, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Able to coordinate cost-conscious business travel, including transportation and lodging, independently
- Have the ability and willingness to travel extensively to assigned stations and to support new stations and seasonal needs.
