The Cook 2 is an intermediate Culinary position which requires excellent communication skills and previous line experience. The Cook 2 will work multiple stations in the kitchen and possess a solid foundation in the fundamentals of cooking. Individuals pursuing this role must be able to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays. Individuals in this role will also require flexibility to support all areas of the Culinary division including the Tradition: An American Kitchen, HeyDey Social Club, colleague dining, and banquets.

Qualifications
- Refined verbal communication skills
- 1 years of previous line experience
- Culinary degree or relevant restaurant experience
- Candidate should possess an intermediate level with a broader understanding of cooking techniques
- Proficient in multitasking and managing cooking times for different dishes
- Ability to work multiple stations in the kitchen and coordinate with other kitchen staff
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Varied schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift moderate weight (up to 50 lbs)
