Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Senior Manager of Legal Services to join our legal department where you’ll join a team of talented and creative professionals who love what they do. The Role
Responsibilities include intake and review of legal matters, involvement in vendor contracting process, added support of hotel safety and security programs, assisting with developing corporate and brand protocols, and involvement in corporate M&A transactions. This includes:
- Supporting contract negotiations for hotel agreements, sales agreements, and master service agreements
- Providing support in creating training materials
- Supporting corporate transactions including hotel transitions and mergers and acquisitions
- Coordinating attorney guidance to hotels
- Providing support for special initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Opportunities to participate in Hyatt’s Diversity & Inclusion activities
Qualifications
Experience Required:
- 4 years in a law firm or corporate legal department with considerable experience reviewing and drafting contracts
- Excellent project management skills
Experience Preferred:
- College degree (or equivalent)
- Paralegal Certification
