- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall health.
- Assess and document residents' health status, develop care plans, and update them as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments in compliance with physician orders and facility protocols.
- Supervise and support CNAs and other team members to deliver exceptional care.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Washington.
- CPR Certification (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
