Seeking a COMPASSIONATE and DEDICATED Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team.
Landmark Care Center and Rehab is Yakimas premiere long term care and rehabilitation facility. Our nurses are valued for their strong clinical skills and thorough understanding of nursing standards and practices. Enjoy working with a diverse population of seniors as they recover and return home or make this their forever home.
In this role, as Charge Nurse you will be responsible for Assessments, charting in Point Click Care and treatments as needed.
Our nurses participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. We are supportive of your career goals and offer continuing education reimbursement.
We offer our residents a fully equipped rehabilitation gym with therapists from all disciplines that work with your patients on strengthening, as well as a restorative program for our long-term care residents. Your role will allow you to collaborate to develop and implement individualized care plans.
As a leader you will manage the NACs assigned to your shift as they assist with resident care.
Landmark Care Center is conveniently located near the highway in a modern and well-cared for facility. We are located at 710 N. 39th Avenue in Yakima.

- RN License with at least one year of experience preferably in LTC
- BLS Certification
- Good communication skills
