The Opportunity
Hyatt seeks an Internal Auditor to join our Finance department where you'll join a team of 45 other Internal Auditors who work in a collaborative and dynamic environment and who are valued as consultants to their internal clients - partnering with them in the auditing process and advising on efficiencies. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Finance at hotels across the brand portfolio, partnering with them to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role
This role serves as a partner to the Director of Finance within the hotel - providing objective evaluations, process improvement solutions, effective communication, and guidance in recommending effective internal control standards and adhering to compliance regulations. The department's overall auditing approach is not to say : "This is wrong." Instead say : "Here's how you can do this better," or "Here are ways to do this more efficiently." At the end of each audit, you see the impact of your work on the business and know you've contributed value to the hotel. The individual will work under limited supervision from the Internal Audit Manager with moderate latitude for initiative and independent judgment.

The salary range for this position is $74,700 to $100,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards, an annual bonus, monthly or quarterly incentives, etc.
The final pay rate / salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
