- Benefit eligibility will vary by position.As a Marketing Coordinator Lead, a typical day will include : Acting as team lead and assisting with scheduling needs.Providing feedback to managers regarding individual performances and recommending any additional training needed.Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.Providing the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.Ensuring that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.Using persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.Guest Experience and Company Standards : Welcoming and greeting guests while anticipating and addressing their needs.Interacting with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.Contributing to team goals.Always following company policies and safety procedures.To Become a Marketing Coordinator Lead : Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.Concierge, telemarketing and / or sales experience preferred.Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
