As Marketing Coordinator (Part Time), y ou will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Marketing Coordinator (Part Time) is responsible to assist the Director of Sales & Events to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s marketing communications strategy, including advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics and collateral, so as to support the marketing objectives for the hotel and maximize the hotel’s positive exposure in local, national and international markets.

Qualifications
- Great personal/communication skills required
- Knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office, management systems, etc.
- Ability to create presentation materials
- Candidate must possess excellent organizational skills
- Candidate must have exceptional attention to detail
- Knowledge of contract administration and insurance details preferred
- Hotel and resort experience preferred
- Candidate should be self-motivated
- Candidate should be a critical thinker
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of computer applications
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
